How it works
The TolaData auto-pull feature allows organizations to automatically synchronize data submissions in KoboToolbox with TolaData’s tools for measuring project progress and results. To set up the integration, users can connect their KoboToolbox account to TolaData using their KoboToolbox API key and then select the specific forms in KoboToolbox that they want to connect to their TolaData data tables. Users can also create auto-pull rules for each project indicator in TolaData to define how form data will be used to calculate indicator results. With the new auto-pull feature, data from KoboToolbox is instantly synchronized in TolaData, ensuring that project indicators and disaggregated data are up to date and accurate.
